The kitchen area was opened up to create an interactive open plan living which overlooks a sunken living area facing the sea. Epoxy resin mixed with wooden floors contrast to give a sleek yet warm ambience. The doors were custom made so as to achieve a flush uninterrupted corridor. Details are found throughout the space, the joint between walls and floors is diminished through the use of custom narrow strip skirting. This apartment was designed with clean flowing lines, infused with a sense of place.
