The Luxury Apartment

There were two clients involved in this project, one the investor who bought the property for resale purpose and the other the buyer, a family of four moving to Malta. The apartment is located on the promenade of Tower Rd, the client brief was to encompass natural elements to achieve a versatile, timeless feel. The kitchen area was opened up to create an interactive open plan living which overlooks a sunken living area facing the sea. Epoxy resin mixed with wooden floors contrast to give a sleek yet warm ambience. The doors were custom made so as to achieve a flush uninterrupted corridor. Details are found throughout the space, the joint between walls and floors is diminished through the use of custom narrow strip skirting. This apartment was designed with clean flowing lines, infused with a sense of place.
